Tai Chi

The u3a Radlett Tai Chi group have been going for several years and with many enquiries we have decided to start a new class. The experienced students will join in on this class then continue afterwards on the more advanced work.

Tai Chi, a slow moving Martial art, has many health benefits when practiced regularly and if often referred to as a moving meditation.

Our instructor, Elliot Jacobson, has been practicing Tai Chi for 45 years and is a disciple of Grand Master Chen Xiaowang.

Please arrive 10 minutes before class so we can start on time and wear flat soled shoes and loose fitted clothing.
